GoldenFix is a "ready-to-use" swine insemination catheter, as it is both the packaging and the catheter. After inserting the GoldenFix into the sow, the animal's temperature will melt the stopper and release the semen.

Thanks to the concept of auto-insemination, this catheter is used to save up to 75% of the time currently spent in inseminating the sows.

You can also use this new catheter to improve semen preservation with the use of a smart plastic that sets up a barrier to oxygen. The bag is 10 times more impermeable than that of the Gedis and therefore improves spermatozoa conservation.

The head of the GoldenFix was specially designed to optimize the grip of the catheter in the sow thanks to its double collar that becomes gripped within the cervix.

The GoldenFix also ensures a high standard of hygiene since the protective bag is only open for a few seconds before inserting the catheter into the sow.
