Our High Security line of straws is made of an ionomeric resin that is biocompatible and inert.  Meant to be sealed on both ends, with colored cotton plugs for identification. Available in 0.5 mL, 0.3 mL and other volumes, on-demand.  Also available without a plug, in 2 mL.  

Developed to answer to the strict guidelines required in human medical research, biobanking, and even the banking of human gametes, the High Security line of straws has gained market for the long-term cryopreservation of high value animal germplasm samples, including fish milt samples. 

Available with different colors in the plug, the straw is compatible with common cryogenic labels, or can be purchased with printable jackets.
